Career Partner International’s quality commitment begins with the intensely selective sourcing of new partner firms. Our rigorous membership process entails detailed questionnaires, site visits by the CPI President and the Partnership Development Team, a formal acceptance presentation to all existing partners at a quarterly meeting and finally a vote on membership. Quality is the single most important issue in accepting a new partner because existing partners must have confidence that they can refer their clients’ business and have it delivered with the same quality as “at home”. Lastly, on an ongoing basis, each CPI location is evaluated annually by all other partners using a 360 degree review process.
Significant is the fact that our career consultants have an average of over ten years of talent management experience. All consultants have bachelor’s degrees, 50 percent have master’s degrees and 12.8 percent have doctorates. Many are certified Career Management Practitioners (CMP) or Career Management Fellows (CMF). Still others carry the SPHR certification as experienced HR executives.
Additionally we match our most senior consultants with executive level clients. CPI consultants at this level typically have numerous years of coaching experience and a demonstrated track record of working successfully with executives. Many have held senior level leadership positions themselves with ‘blue chip” organizations. Thus, CPI senior consultants are among the most experienced in the industry.
Candidate on-line survey results are available for review by appropriate client company representatives. Because of confidence in our service and quality, CPI offers the unfiltered response of all candidate surveys to our client companies, maintaining anonymity where requested by the candidate.
