I wanted to drop you a note to let you know what a wonderful experience I had working with CMI during my career transition.

Everyone at CMI was so wonderful.  The staff always smiled and gave such personalized attention.  They were all very professional and helpful whenever I asked.  And the classes and resources were outstanding!

I would especially like to note what a wonderful experience I had working with Cathy Ergle.  She is incredibly knowledgeable on the tools and emotions of job search.  This was especially helpful in the beginning of transition when I was feeling a little lost.

But beyond her professional skills, what made Cathy so special is how she really cared about me.  She took a lot of time to listen to get to know me so she could help coach me into a new career that would be a good fit.  I always felt welcome to ask questions, bounce ideas, and share my worries with her.  I now have a new good friend!
