Working with Ron Strieker allowed me to recognize and build upon leadership skills I already possessed while exploring other areas where I felt challenged. His variety of personality assessment tools put me in better touch with myself and empowered me to chart a positive path forward. If you share responsibility with a colleague, as I did for a time, Ron has the ability to blend both individuals’ assessment tools together so that each of you can perform optimally as you lead toward a common goal.
