CMI provided extensive planning and execution of our program, led by Cathy Ergle, VP Career Transition. Cathy’s attention to detail, design of our program to support our employees, her follow-up and follow through was critical to ensure that our employees were supported to the highest extent possible.
Our program consisted of numerous on-site workshops, one-on-one coaching and support for all employees, access to fantastic online resources and an on-site job fair. The program itself, while well constructed and perfectly executed, would not have been successful without the people from CMI.
